Homemade Remedies for Dry and Chapped Lips

It works very gently over the skin of lips by returning the moisture. Sugar is also a rich source of glycolic and alpha-hydroxy acid. You can scrub the normal sugar or brown sugar by adding a few drops of lemon into it. Just after 2-3 minutes of scrubbing let it remain for few more minutes and then gently clean it. By exfoliating the dead skin over lips this mixture will help you get rid of chapped lips.
Green tea is known for enhancing the facial glow but it also works very well to get rid of chapped lips. Its application is also very easy. Take one use tea bag (fresh) and place it over your lips for few minutes and wash it off. It will work instantly by removing the dead skin.
Butter or Ghee
Our grandmothers were always a constant supporter of this remedy. It has amazing moisturizing values and gets easily absorbed by the dry lips. Just apply little amount onto your lips and it will work within a few minutes.
Rose is always counted as an essentially important component as a beauty enhancer. It also imparts a pink appearance to your lips. For this purpose, you can either use fresh rose petal or organic rose water. Soak petals into water or milk and apply over your lips, leave for few minutes and rinse it off. You can also add raw milk to this mixture.
