The renowned online publication YourStory covered the journey of Bella Vita Organic and the Anand family, which started from salons and transformed into a D2C all-natural skincare startup. The platform, which was launched in 2018 in Tier II and Tier III cities, saw exponential growth within a short period of two years. Its revenues grew by five times in 2020 and continues to grow at an unprecedented pace even today.
The story of Bella Vita Organic was shaped around 2012 when Ashima Anand and her mother Anju Anand realized that their handmade products worked better than those sold by huge brands. The duo used self-made products to provide a unique experience to their customers who visited their salons in Gurugram. It was through customer appreciation and engagement that the strength of these products came into acknowledgment. Later these homemade products were discharged in bulk orders. It was after Akash Anand, left his well-established job, to join the family business that Bella Vita Organic was formed.
A brand that started with four products in the face and hair care line, is now launching skincare, hair care, body care along with its line of perfumes to provide a complete natural care experience to its customers.
